Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Twin Mobile Tire website and to mobile tire services you book with us across Metro Vancouver. By using this site or booking a visit, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide mobile tire service (including installation, flat repair, seasonal swaps, balancing, and related work) at a location you choose. The work we can perform on-site may depend on your vehicle, the weather, and a safe place to work. We’ll always confirm what we can do before we start.

Bookings & quotes

• Requests made through the form or by phone are an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm a time with you.
• Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you give us and may change once we see the vehicle and tires.
• Please let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel a visit.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in advance.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to the tires and parts we install. Our workmanship is provided in good faith to a professional standard; please contact us promptly if you have any concern about a job we’ve done.

Liability

We take care on every visit, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
